Our most popular RDH floor plan got a level up! The Richardson Max plan is an entertainer’s dream plan. The vaulted oversized living room makes a perfect hang-out space. We have created a true primary oasis with a spacious en-suite bath including a freestanding tub, walk-thru shower with dual shower heads. This plan includes four bedrooms, two full baths plus a third jack-and-jill bath, oversized pantry, a large rear patio, oversized utility with walk-thru from Primary closet.
