Step 1: Determine if the issue is an emergency
An emergency is an issue that requires immediate attention to prevent damage to the home or create a safety concern. This may include active water leaks, electrical hazards, loss of heating or cooling during extreme temperatures, or other urgent concerns.
Step 2: If it is an emergency
Please contact the appropriate trade or service provider listed in your homeowner warranty materials immediately. This allows the issue to be addressed as quickly as possible.
Step 3: If it is not an emergency
Please complete the warranty request form below. Include the location of the issue, a clear description of the concern.
Step 4: What happens next
Once submitted, your request will be sent to our construction team for review. A member of our team will contact you to discuss the request and schedule an appointment if needed.
