Russ Davis founded the company in 2010 with a clear conviction that homebuilding could be done differently. After gaining experience with a national builder, he saw an opportunity to create homes with a more personal standard of care and a stronger connection to the communities they serve.

Our work is centered on craftsmanship, intentional design, and a building process that meets people where they are.
